From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away by the kind and accommodating attitude towards my elderly parents. the staff went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and had everything they needed. the heating was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy during the chilly winter evenings. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were well-stocked and provided a nice touch for relaxing in the sitting area. the dining table was spacious and allowed us to enjoy meals together as a family. the patio with garden furniture was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning, surrounded by the beautiful surroundings. the washing machine in the room was a convenient amenity that we greatly appreciated. the electric kettle was a nice touch for making hot beverages whenever we needed. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime and the carpeted floors added a sense of comfort to the room.
